How to make French Toast

Here is a very simple recipe to make for breakfast during the week and the weekend.

The ingredients:

-40g of butter

-6.5 g of Icing sugar

-1 C. to c. of orange blossom water

-20g of sugar

-2 eggs

-20 cl of milk

-8 slices of stale bread

The Recipe :

-In a bowl, beat the eggs with a fork.

-In another bowl, combine the milk and cinnamon.

-Heat half the butter in a pan.

-Cut the bread into slices just over an inch high.

-Dip them in the milk, wetting them first on one side and then on the other.

-Heat butter in a pan.

-Fry the slices of bread, browning them on one side, then the other.

-As soon as they are golden, remove them from the pan and dry them on paper towels.

- While still hot, dip them in the sugar so that they are completely covered.

-The French toast is ready.
